These General Terms and Conditions give the general contract terms for the inland and international courier and related services carried out by DPD Hungary Kft.

Changes:

• Domestic General Terms and Conditions – change in the payment interface.
  For cash-on-delivery parcels, collection at DPD parcel lockers is possible either via Wordline payment on-site or bank card payment through a POS terminal. In the case of so-called Open Network lockers, payment is possible via Wordline payment. An Open Network locker means any parcel locker that is not operated by the Service Provider itself but is used on the basis of a cooperation agreement with another service provider.

• Domestic General Terms and Conditions – 16. Complaint submission – 10.1

  A complaint shall mean any notification in which the user claims that the postal service provider’s:
  a) performance of the postal service contract concluded in relation to a postal item,
  b) other activities outside the scope of the contract performance referred to in point a), or
  c) the conduct of its employee, member, agent, or contributor partially or fully does not comply with the provisions set out in the applicable legislation or in the service provider’s General Terms and Conditions.
  Notifications and reports specified in Section 51 of the Postal Act, as well as the enforcement of compensation claims, must be recorded by the postal service provider within its complaint records.
