Beverwijk depot closed on 4 September

A new sorting system will be installed in our depot in Beverwijk in the weekend of 4 and 5 September. That system will allow us to give your parcels a better start of their journey. As a result of this installation work, parcels cannot be collected on Saturday 4 September. Customers that opt for delivery on Saturday 4 September therefore will receive their parcel with a one-day delay. That Saturday, the live tracking system will not show any new data either, for parcels arriving on Saturday in the depot cannot be scanned the same day.

Needless to say that we will be there for you again on Monday 6 September. The number of parcels to be issued that day will be higher than normal, so we will make sure that we have sufficient hands to absorb the extra work.
