Discover the new functionalities in DPD Insights

These are the new functionalities at a glance:

• In Exception Management, from now on you can filter according to favourites to enable you to the find the parcel you are looking for even faster.
• In Returns, you can make an export of the filtered summary.
• In User Management, from now on you will see the full login name. It is no longer possible for there to be two identical login names. Finally, we have clarified further the various roles of the users.

Naturally this release is not the end of the process. We are already busy preparing for the next update of DPD Insights. One of the things we want to facilitate is that only certain users can gain access to invoices and rates. And that the dimensions and weight per parcel will be displayed. We will let you know as soon as the new release is available.
