DPD CLASSIC

For all your regular parcel shipments throughout Europe, with a reliable service, fast standard delivery times and excellent value for money. Additional options are possible.

This service has been especially developed for shipments to private individuals. You receive the same service as with DPD CLASSIC. The additional options are also available for DPD Home.

2Shop

Consumers like to decide where and when a parcel is delivered. That is why DPD has developed the 2Shop service: delivery to a Pickup parcelshop. DPD has 100,000 Pickup parcelshops in Europe.

Higher insurance

With DPD CLASSIC and DPD Home, you can take out higher insurance. Instead of the standard cover for items up to the value of €520, this option offers cover up to a maximum of €13,000 per parcel.

Saturday delivery

DPD also offers the option to deliver your parcels on Saturday - within the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg - for free.

Shop Return

There are two ways to return your parcel: using a return label in the box or by requesting a return label. Returns are easy. Stick the label on the parcel and drop it off at a Pickup parcelshop.

Collection request

Would you like to have a return parcel collected from your customer? With a Collection request, the courier takes the return label when they pick up the parcel. This service is available throughout Europe.

Express: DPD GUARANTEE

With this service, we guarantee that your parcel is delivered to your customer on a certain day. And if we don't succeed, we'll refund the surcharge. Make sure you stick DPD service tape on your parcel!
