I did not receive a pickup code to collect the parcel. What can I do?

Don't worry, there are several ways to find the code:

  • Check your email: immediately after delivery to the parcel point, we will send you the collection code by email. To be sure, also check your junk mail (spam) folder. We will then send two reminder emails containing the code again.
  • Use the myDPD app: here you always have your code at hand.
    • Download the app and register with your details.
    • Add the parcel to the app.After verifying your account, you will immediately see the collection code. Good to know: future parcels will automatically appear in the app.

If you did not receive the email and cannot find the code via the app, please contact our customer service.
