What should I do if my parcel is damaged or not delivered?
Not delivered
If Track & Trace indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please report this as soon as possible (within 7 calendar days) to the webshop or sender who sent the parcel. The sender will then contact you to resolve the issue.
The webshop/sender will contact DPD to handle the matter further.
Damaged
If you have received a damaged parcel, please report this as soon as possible (within 7 calendar days) to the webshop or sender who sent the parcel. Send them an email including a photo of the damaged parcel. The sender will then contact you to resolve the issue.
The webshop/shipper will contact DPD to handle the matter further.
