Have you received a parcel from a webshop that needs to be returned? Then follow these steps:

Do you have a return label from the webshop?

• Stick the return label on the longest side of the box so that the barcode is easily scannable.
• Find your nearest parcel point here.
• Take the parcel to the parcel point.
• The parcel point will scan the code and accept the parcel.
• The parcel will be returned to the online shop.

Please note: Parcel Points do not accept parcels weighing more than 20 kg or measuring more than 1 metre in length. If your parcel is larger or heavier than this, the online shop can arrange for DPD to collect it. In that case, heavier parcels can be accepted. Please contact the online shop for this!

Did you not receive a label for the return?

Then you can purchase a label yourself via the DPD Online Shipping Portal. There is a charge for this.
