Information for trouble-free shipping

  1. Packing instructions: Always make sure that the packaging is robust enough to withstand rough handling and is suitable for shipping. Please read our Packing tips to make sure your packaging is suitable for shipping.

  2. Excluded from shipping: There are certain goods that we will not transport. These include live animals, weapons and particularly valuable goods such as precious metals and precious stones. For a complete overview of excluded goods, please read our General Terms and Conditions.

  3. Weights and dimensions: parcels may weigh a maximum of 31.5 kg. The size (girth + longest side) may not exceed 3 metres. And your parcel may not be longer than 1.75 metres. Are you worried that your parcel may not have the right dimensions? Then use our DPD Size Calculator.
