Authorised exporter

Authorised exporters are allowed to make out declarations of origin on the invoice without a value limit, i.e. they do not need a EUR.1 form and the declaration of origin is sufficient. They are authorised to ship preferential goods even if the value of the goods exceeds € 6,000 (replaces EUR.1). You can also send us a copy of the invoice or hand it over without signature. Authorised exporters have a licence number from customs (can be obtained from the tax office), which they must quote on the declaration of origin:

The authorised exporter (licence number AT 900/123) of the goods to which this commercial document refers declares that these goods are preferential _______CE________ goods of origin unless otherwise specified.
