Consignments will be delivered to the destination in Estonia within 1–2 working days, depending on the destination. Goods are transported door-to-door. Service for transporting standard consignments from business to business.

DPD Pickup is a rapidly expanding network for sending and issuing parcels that includes outdoor parcel lockers. All DPD Pickup parcel lockers are located in easily accessible places. Maximum permissible weight of one parcel is up to 31.5 kg. Minimum permissible size is the A5 security envelope (21 x 14.8 x 0.5 cm). Sum of the longest side and bottom girth of the parcel is up to 3.0 m (2 x height + 2 x width + longest side); longest side of the parcel is up to 1.75m.

You can use DPD to transport goods on pallets all over Estonia. To transport pallets, choose a suitable service depending on your needs and destination.

If necessary, the pallet must be accessible by a forklift from all four sides (both forks of the lift must fit underneath the pallet and allow safe handling for the duration of transport). Consignments with an actual weight of more than 31.5 kg must be placed on a pallet.

The following additional services can be purchased in addition to the basic services.

A service suitable for clients who need goods delivered, e.g. to shops located in shopping centres or to home or office door.

The service is suitable for the transport of larger parcels and especially white home appliances. Consignments are delivered by two DPD couriers to the agreed delivery address, to the client's door on the required floor.

Collection of a consignment from a third person. The goods are collected from the address you request and delivered to you or your business partner’s address.

Additional service for the return of documents added to the consignment by the sender and signed by the consignee to the sender. For example: invoices, instruments of delivery and receipt or contracts.

This service allows the purchaser to pay for the goods in part or in full upon receipt of the parcel. C.O.D. also allows the possibility to decrease the credit risk for the sender, as goods are not delivered before the recipient has paid for them to the courier. The C.O.D. can be paid by card.

Taking a photo of the ID documents agreed with the client together with the recipient’s signature upon receipt of the consignment.

Our contractual customers can insure especially valuable consignments with additional insurance.

Consignments will be delivered to the recipient on Saturday.

How to send a parcel?

As a prepayment customer, you can register consignments via our e-service Telli.dpd.ee, where sending a parcel is easy, affordable and convenient.

If you cannot print out the parcel label yourself, you can print it out from a parcel locker or at a parcel shop by scanning the mobile parcel label from your smartphone.

In our e-service, you can place orders both through your user account and without logging in. The difference is that if you place an order under your user account, the history of all your consignments is recorded.

When will my parcel arrive?

If the consignment is in delivery, we will notify the recipient by SMS or e-mail of the delivery time with a 1 hour accuracy. If the proposed time is not suitable for the recipient, the time and place of receipt can be changed via the notification. Changes usually occur the next business day. We recommend that the customer always makes changes via self-service, because the DPD customer service cannot offer the recipient any alternatives other than those specified in the self-service.

What happens if the courier cannot contact the recipient?

We try to deliver all goods on the first attempt. If the courier cannot reach the recipient at the address or by telephone, the parcel will be automatically forwarded to a DPD parcel locker. If the consignment does not fit in the locker, it will be forwarded to delivery again if the contact information is correct. If the courier cannot contact the recipient in the second delivery, the consignment is taken to the depot, where it is stored for 7 working days. After seven working days the parcel will be sent back to the sender.
