Pick up the parcel
To pick up the parcel please follow the instructions written on the parcel lockers.
The parcel can be picked up at the DPD parcel lockers within 72 hours. The deadline starts from the moment when an SMS or e-mail is sent to you - when the parcel is delivered to the parcel locker. After this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
