We do everything to ensure that receivers can track the delivery process in real time, and provide flexibility on date, address and the option of redirecting to a Pickup parcelshop.
With our unique Predict service, you do not have to wait all day for your parcel. We tell you when the courier will deliver, within a one-hour window.
On the day of collection, we inform the recipient by e-mail that DPD has the parcel, and give the amount of COD payable and information about delivery the next weekday.
The day before delivery, the recipient may, if necessary, make one change to the delivery date or address, as described in the notification. The change is easy to make, online.
On the day of delivery, we send an e-mail to inform the recipient that the parcel has been collected. This gives the one-hour window during which it will be delivered, increasing the chances of successful delivery. This is an estimated time, but DPD also offers time-guaranteed services as provided in the GTC.
Most of our pickup parcel shops are in busy places or shopping centres.
Choose Pickup shop delivery in our Live-Tracking service and pick up your parcel at your own convenience.
We notify you when your parcel arrives at your chosen Pickup shop, and you have seven calendar days to pick it up.

You can also send parcels in DPD depots. This is particularly useful if you send parcels only occasionally, or even just once. The weight limit for packages carried by DPD is 31,5 kg. Use the depot finder to locate your nearest DPD depot: type in the country and the postcode, or the depot ID if you know it.
