These General Terms and Conditions give the general contract terms for the inland and international courier and related services carried out by DPD Hungary Kft.
Latest amendments - Notification: 15.04.2024 - Entry into force: 01.04.2024
Changes:
- To make it clearer and easier to understand, we have reorganised the structure of the tariffs and formatted each paragraph, clearly indicating gross and net amounts, and split and highlighted the prices for contracted partners and occasional senders.
- International PickApp rates are shown by tariff zone.
- Examples of parcel labels have been updated in Annex 5 of the GTC.
- Under DPD Liability, Indemnity Rules, "Exemption from Indemnity" has been extended with the following new paragraph:
"14.1.1.14 In the case of Shipments where the original packaging itself is of value (e.g. LEGO box), the Customer (Sender) shall also provide the original packaging itself with a goods protection suitable to preserve the intact condition of the original packaging in accordance with the provisions of these GTCs relating to packaging. In the event that the Sender does not provide the original packaging with additional, appropriate protection from the outside, DPD shall not be liable for damage to the internal contents of the Shipment (including the original packaging)."
