1 April 2020 Please stop using handwritten parcel stickers

In order to further reduce the potential risks of COVID-19 and limit physical contact, we strongly recommend that you refrain from using handwritten parcel stickers filled in by the courier and create them by yourself with the parcel marking interface at www.esiunta.lt.

  1. Avoid close contact with the courier;
  2. There will be no need to discuss with the courier or provide parcel data on paper;
  3. There is no need to check a hand-filled sticker;
  4. The time spent by the courier at your company's premises will be reduced.

How to create a parcel sticker?

Use the parcel-marking interface at www.esiunta.lt

We will create a login and password for your convenience. Send us your DPD payer ID and company name by e-mail to [email protected]

What should I do if I don't have a printer?

After entering the parcel data at www.esiunta.lt, call the courier and they will bring the parcel sticker free of charge the next business day and pick up your parcels.

In response to the quarantine and the increased risk to our couriers, we strongly recommend that you refrain from using handwritten parcel stickers, and we would like to inform you that, from April 1, 2020, all parcels prepared without a parcel sticker will be subject to an additional charge of €1.50. A parcel without a parcel sticker is a parcel for which the courier fills in the parcel data by hand upon arrival to pick up the parcel.

More detailed information about the pricing of parcels without a sticker can be found in the official letter here: Letter on UAB DPD Lietuva Pricing Changes.
