We would like to inform you about the developments regarding the coronavirus outbreak in Italy and the consequences for our services.

Due to the virus outbreak, the cities listed below have been quarantined. As a result, parcel delivery and Pickup services are currently not possible. It concerns (at the time of writing):

Casalpusterlengo, Codogno, Castiglione d’Adda, Fombio, Maleo, Somaglia, Bertonico, Terranova dei Passerini, Castelgerundo and San Fiorano.

The expectation is that more cities will follow.

What does this mean for your parcel(s)?

• Shipments that were already in Italy before 24 February will not be returned and will remain in Italy.

• Shipments that arrive from February 24 are returned to the sender.

Regarding the other cities in Italy: We expect that delays will occur for both delivery and Pickup. This is due to extensive checks in all Italian cities.
