DPD has developed a new portal for recipients: myDPD. It gives parcel recipients full insight into the DPD parcels in transit. They see where their parcel is and can amend the delivery details if their plans change. It’s quick and easy to change the address or date, specify a ‘Safe Place’ or request delivery to a Pickup parcelshop.
How does myDPD work?
Once a recipient has created an account with myDPD, each parcel will then appear automatically in the portal, thanks to the link between the recipient’s email address and the shipper’s address. So recipients don’t need to wait for an email from DPD to get information about the parcel.
If the recipient prefers not to create an account, that’s not a problem. Receipients can use the portal as a guest. All they need to do is enter the parcel number and their postcode to retrieve all the information about the parcel.
