I no longer see my status data on the FTP server. What can I do?

As of July 19, the status data for Collection Request will no longer be visible in Shipping Report, as this system is being phased out. Unfortunately our teams did not manage to deliver a solution in DPD Insights in time, hence we are offering a temporary solution on this site. You can request the status of your collection request order via the Status parcel request] button. Our dedicated team will respond to your requests within office hours.
