You will receive an email from DPD. Click on the link in the email to proceed to the payment page.

You will receive a separate link for each parcel. The amount consists of VAT and/or import duties. Import duties are not required for most products. You will also pay £5 (excluding VAT) in administration costs.

Please note: DPD will provide a 14-digit parcel number in this payment request. To verify this number, enter it and the recipient's postcode in our Track & Trace system. This will confirm that the payment request is from DPD.

Can you see the status of your parcel? Then you can pay securely with iDeal, Mastercard, Visa or Maestro.
