I can’t log in to DPD Shipper. What should I do?

First check the version of DPD Shipper you are using:DPD Shipper Central or DPD Shipper Local.

Check that you are using the correct URL. This should be: https://shipper.dpd.nl/Check that the machine on which the application is installed is turned on. If this computer is not on, DPD Shipper will not be available from other machines on the same network. Then you can log in directly to DPD Shipper Admin and check that you are using the right details. 
If you are using the correct URL but can’t log in yet, check in DPD Shipper Admin that you are using the right details to log in. If this is the case, please contact DPD’s Customer IT department providing the error message, if applicable, and a clear description of the situation and steps taken.
