Once you have received your login details, you can start using DPD Insights right away:

1. Log in to your DPD Insights account.
2. Under Profile, set whether you want to receive notifications  about parcels that require action via Exception Management.
3. If you are the account administrator, you can create additional users for your colleagues.
4. You are now ready to track your parcels  in DPD Insights.
