DPD Insights is a monitoring tool for all parcels processed by DPD. As a contract customer of DPD, you have a complete overview of your parcel flows, exceptions, performance, finances and reports.

It is also possible to set up rights and roles yourself if you do not want your employees to be able to see all data.
