Maximal dimensions

Your parcel can weigh up to 31.5 kg, the maximum length (longest side) can be 175 cm, and the total girth (parcel girth + longest side of the parcel) can measure a maximum of 300 cm. A volume and volumetric weight calculator will help you check the appropriate weights and sizes.

Excluded goods

Some goods cannot be shipped with DPD. These include live animals, firearms and particularly valuable goods, such as precious metals and precious stones. For comprehensive information on the excluded goods and on shipping with DPD, please check our General Terms of Business.

What is worth knowing when shopping online?

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) - if you decide to settle your order with cash on delivery, you can choose to pay in cash or pay with a payment card. In case you choose cash, please prepare the exact amount. You can pay by card via the secure online system WSPay - you will receive a link on the day of delivery, and payment is possible with payment cards and the VALU smart wallet, until the courier arrives.

  2. Identity verification - do not be surprised if the courier asks you to show your ID. We take care of your parcels, so we want to be 100 % sure that the parcel will reach the right person.

  3. Delivery address - we usually deliver parcels during business hours. Therefore, we recommend that you indicate the delivery address at which we can find you during business hours.

  4. Telephone number - please always provide your phone number. This way we will be able to inform you when the goods will be delivered.
