Where is my parcel?

We give each parcel its own parcel number. On the basis of this number you can track the progress of your parcel in parcel tracking and if necessary arrange for delivery on a different day or to a different location.

Why is my parcel at the delivery centre? What can I do?

If your parcel is at the delivery centre you can arrange for a new delivery in Follow My Parcel portal. You simply enter the parcel number and the location and date for the delivery.

What number do I use to track/redirect my parcel?

In order to track / redirect a parcel, use the 14-digit parcel number provided by the sender when sending the parcel. If you want to divert your parcel to another place or change the day of delivery, enter your parcel number in Follow My Parcel. After that, you can choose when and where you want DPD to deliver your parcel. When forwarding a parcel to another address, the delivery time is extended by one or two working days.

If necessary, can I change the delivery?

The last change option entered is always valid.

A parcel that is displayed to me as \"delivered\" has not arrived. What is the reason for this?

Please check whether the parcel has been deposited in the safe place you have specified, or has been delivered to a neighbour. If the parcel can\'t be found, please contact our customer service via the contact form.

What is the volumetric weight? And how do I calculate it?

The volumetric weight indicates the amount of cargo space a parcel takes up and is calculated for DPD International Express parcels, which are transported by airfreight. The volumetric weight is only calculated if it exceeds the actual weight. You can calculate the volumetric weight conveniently in the DPD volumetric weight calculator. Or with the formula: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm)/5,000 (cm³/kg).

What is the maximum shipping length?

The maximum shipping length for parcels with delivery directly to the receiver is 175 cm.

How heavy can my parcel be?

Parcels which are picked up from you can weigh up to 31.5 kg.

What is the maximum shipping weight?

Parcels delivered directly to the consignee can be shipped up to a weight of 31.5 kg.

What does \'total girth\' (parcel girth + longest side of the parcel) mean?

The total girth serves to limit the dimensions of the transported goods and must not exceed 3 m. It is calculated according to the following formula: Total girth = parcel girth + longest side of the parcel parcel girth = (height + width) x 2 You can calculate this conveniently online in our girth calculator.

  • MOL does not charge a surcharge for pickup and return of the parcel
  • Petrol, OMV or 3DVA  kiosks charge a € 0.30 surcharge for pickup of the parcel and a € 0.85 surcharge for the COD. The amount for the service is charged by Petrol or OMV or 3DVA, and is paid upon pickup of the package.

How to open DPD parcel locker?

Parcel without cash on delivery

You can pick up the parcel at the DPD parcel locker within 72 hours from the moment DPD sends an Viber/SMS/e-mail message that the parcel has been delivered to the parcel locker.

To pick up the parcel from the parcel locker, DPD will send an Viber/SMS/email with a link to pick up the parcel. The link for picking up the parcel is only opened by the recipient when he is in front of the parcel locker.

When picking up the parcel, the following must be taken into account:

  • When you are in front of the parcel locker, turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
  • Click on the link from the Viber/SMS message you received and follow the instructions.
  • When all steps are completed, the green light will flash.
  • Wait for the mailbox to open.
  • Take the parcel and close the mailbox door

Cash on delivery parcel

The first message the recipient of the parcel receives is a link to pay the ransom through the secure Wspay online system.

After successful payment, the recipient of the parcel will receive an Viber/SMS/e-mail link to pick up the parcel. You can pick up the parcel at the DPD parcel locker within 72 hours from the moment DPD sends an Viber/SMS/e-mail message that the parcel has been delivered to the parcel locker.

To pick up the parcel from the parcel locker, DPD will send an Viber/SMS/email with a link to pick up the parcel. The link for picking up the parcel is opened by the recipient only when he is in front of the parcel locker.

When picking up the parcel, the following must be taken into account:

  • When you are in front of the parcel locker, turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
  • Click on the link from the Viber/SMS message you received and follow the instructions.
  • When all steps are completed, the green light will flash.
  • Wait for the mailbox to open.
  • Take the parcel and close the mailbox door.

The payment was made, but it is not recorded that the payment was successful - How to proceed?

Contact the customer service center at +386 (0)1 513 23 00 or at [email protected].

If the payment was successful, the customer service center will resend the link to open the parcel locker. If the parcel recipient is still unable to pick up the parcel, the courier will be instructed to pick up the parcel from the parcel locker and deliver it to the customer at another address free of charge.

The payment was made, but the recipient of the parcel did not receive the link to open the parcel locker. What to do?

The receiver went through all the steps and when he tries to open the parcel lockermachine, the green light flashes but the door does not open. What to do?

If the recipient of the parcel sees a flashing green light, but the door of the parcel locker does not open, follow the instructions below:

1. Try again - sometimes it takes several tries.

2. Check the Bluetooth connection - be no more than one meter away from the parcel locker.

3. We recommend using the Direct4.me application and the Chrome browser - Safari, Mozilla and other browsers are not compatible with the program. If you do not use Chrome, copy the link from the SMS directly to the browser.
