Home address
Direct delivery to the recipient's home address, delivery of parcels weighing less than 31.5 kg, Monday through Friday within a 1-hour timeframe. If the recipient of the parcel is not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel can be redirected to another address/date or to an alternative delivery location.
Pickup point & Parcel lockers
With this service, your parcel up to 20 kg will be delivered to more than 800 Pickup points, including more than 200 DPD parcel lockers. Parcel recipients across Europe can choose from more than 130,000 Pickup points.
