Recipient in the Netherlands

If you have ordered an article outside the Netherlands, you will receive a Predict notification of the day of delivery as soon as the parcel is in the Dutch delivery depot. You can track your parcel via a link in the email. 

On the morning of delivery you will receive a notification with a 1-hour time window within your parcel will be delivered. You can also enter the 14-digit parcel number on myDPD so that you can see within which 1-hour time window your parcel will be delivered.

Parcel from the United Kingdom

If you expect a parcel from the United Kingdom, you will have to pay VAT and / or import duties. As soon as the parcel leaves for the Netherlands, you will receive an email with a payment link. You can find more information on dpd.nl in the module 'Payment for imports'.
