In what way can I report a complaint?

We are sorry to hear that you have a complaint about our service. We take your complaint seriously and ask you to provide as much information as possible so that we can improve our service.

You can submit a complaint using the forms available at dpd.nl/contact.

  1. Choose Contact form (for recipients of a parcel)
  2. Tick the ‘complaint’ box on the form
  3. Submit the form
