Shipping via DPD contract

Shipping via DPD contract

What if I don't know the weight and dimensions of the parcel?

Then there is a chance that DPD will charge a surcharge. This is because transport costs can only be calculated exactly if all the necessary shipping details of your parcel are available. So measuring and weighing is the only way to avoid unnecessary surcharges for parcels that are too big or too heavy.

DPD reserves the right to levy a surcharge if the sender's parcel details differ from the dimensions recorded in one of our depots.
