Predict are notifications sent by DPD. This service is free and available in all European countries where DPD operates. Notifications are sent by default unless the sender expressly indicates otherwise when entering into a contract.

The most important notifications are:

Day before delivery: an email with the planned delivery date. 

Morning of the delivery day: an email with a 1-hour time window for delivery.

This email also contains a link where the sender can specify other delivery instructions. This can be done up to half an hour before delivery. To do so, you must be logged in to myDPD (also available as an app).

The options available are:

• Delivery to a different address
• Delivery to a DPD parcel pointGiving permission to leave the parcel in a safe place
