I have bought a shipping label but didn't received it. What should I do?

If you have used the Online Shipping service of DPD you will receive your shipping label in your mailbox after you have paid. Sometimes they get lost in your spam e-mail, so you can look there as well. 

Tip: If you have a free account, you can also download your shipping label there. Register yourself via: Register

Is the label not in your spam box? Please contact DPD. You will find all information at dpd.nl/contact.
