What happens when the consignee is not present?
If the recipient is not present, the driver will check whether the parcel can be delivered to the neighbours. If this is not possible, the driver will take the parcel to a parcel point.
The recipient will be notified that the parcel is at a parcel point. As soon as the parcel is scanned by the parcel point the recipient receives an email in which parcel point the parcel is delivered.
We try to choose a parcel point as close as possible to the recipient. However, it is possible that the parcel point is full, in which case the driver will have to drive to the next parcel point.
