Yes, you can.

In the DPD Online Shipping Portal, you can choose to have your parcel collected. You can request one collection per shipment (which may consist of multiple parcels) via the system. A surcharge of 5.95 euro will be applied for this service.

How does it work?

• Go to versturen.dpd.com
• First, create all the parcel labels you need and print them out.
• In step 2, select a collection.
  • You can choose the day (no time slot) when we will collect your parcel. This can be up to five working days in advance.
• The driver will collect your parcel on the chosen day.

Preparation:

Make sure the well-packaged parcel is ready when the driver comes to collect it. Also, stick the parcel label on the box yourself so that the driver only has to scan the parcel and take it with them. On the day of delivery, you will receive a 1-hour time slot when the driver will be at your location to collect the parcel.

What if you are not at home when the driver comes to collect the parcel?

In that case, you can still take the parcel to a DPD parcel point yourself. You will not be refunded the collection costs.

Tip: If you have a business and want to send several parcels a day that a driver will collect from you, request a quote for a business contract.
