If the recipient has not received the parcel but the Track & Trace indicates that it has been delivered, we can do the following:
First, we will ask the delivery driver to find out where the parcel was delivered, and still deliver the parcel to the recipient.
If this fails, we will have the recipient fill in a declaration of non-delivery. The recipient confirms that the parcel has not been received.
