Contactless delivery and receiving parcels with a PIN code

Due to additional measures to prevent the transmission of the new virus (COVID-19), DPD has introduced an innovative, completely contactless way of receiving shipments. With this service, the courier will deliver the parcel by entering a one-time PIN code.

Each PIN code is created separately for each shipment and will be sent to the recipient by e-mail or Viber /SMS message on the day of parcel delivery.

Due to contactless operations, receivers written confirmation will not be required during parcel delivery until further notice. If parcel receiver is not able to pick up the parcel, the person they authorize and provide with a PIN code can receive the parcel for them. parcel receivers delete or lose the PIN code by mistake, due to extraordinary measures, the courier will note the fact that the parcel was successfully delivered.
