Returns management made easy
Returning parcels is often unavoidable, but with DPD it can be quick and easy. If you have a large volume of parcels, you can use the Return my parcel (RMP) portal, which you integrate directly into your online store. Your customers will be able to return shipments in just a few steps, by clicking on the link sent. Smaller companies or private customers can arrange the return via the online application dpd4u.si, where the recipient himself prepares a return label and makes arrangements with our courier for collection:
- At home, at work or at another chosen address
- He personally delivers the parcel to one of our depots in Slovenia
- He personally takes the parcel to the nearest BS Petrol in Slovenia (he cannot deliver the parcel to other Pickup points at the moment)

If the content of the parcel does not meet your requirements or expectations, you can simply send it back in agreement with the sender.
Returns are quick and easy with DPD. Use the DPD4u.si application and create a parcel label yourself. You can choose between three parcel return methods
- Make arrangements with the courier for pickup at your home, work or other selected address
- Deliver the parcel personally to one of the DPD depots in Slovenia
- Take the parcel personally to the nearest BS Petrol
