No more waiting for parcels - thanks to Predict

With our delivery notification and Tracking, you no longer need to waste time waiting for parcels. On the day of delivery, we inform you down to the last hour exactly when your parcel will arrive!

What makes our service so special:

  1. Full information flows to make sure the first delivery attempt is successful, our Predict service tells you the exact hour when your parcel will arrive.
  2. Tracking: On the delivery day you can track your parcel online.
  3. Delivery preferences. Not at home? Simply give us a deposit okay and we will leave your parcel where you specify or the parcel can be redirected, for example to a parcel shop. If you can't collect the parcel yourself, you can also authorise family members or friends to do so.

You decide when and where we deliver your parcel. If at any time you aren't at home, our options for changing the delivery mean you will never again miss a parcel.

Change the address

Have the parcel delivered on a different address. This is all you do:
- Select “Change address” from the redirection options
- In the field simply write the new address
- We’ll deliver your parcel on the address you specify

Changing the day

Have the parcel delivered on a different day. This is all you do:

- Select “Change day” from the redirection options
- In the calendar simply click on your preferred day
- We’ll deliver your parcel on the day you specify

Specifying a Pickup parcelshop

Redirect your parcel to a local Pickup parcelshop. This is all you do:

- Select “Specify Pickup parcelshop” from the redirection options
- Find a suitable nearby parcel shop - We’ll deliver the parcel to the parcel shop you have specified
- We will then deliver your parcel there

As a registered user you can specify a favourite parcel shop as your delivery preference, and we will apply this option for all future parcels

Delivery to safe place

Simply choose delivery to a safe place and we’ll leave your parcel in a safe place of your choice (e.g. in the garage). This is all you do:

- Select “Delivery to a safe place” from the redirection options
- Specify the safe place of your choice (e.g. “on the terrace”)
- Then if you're not at home we'll leave the parcel in the specified location

As a registered user, you can specify the deposit okay as your delivery preference, and we then apply this option for all future parcels.

Do you need to pick up or send a parcel and you don´t want to be limited by the courier´s arrival?

Make use of the Pickup points and you can pick up your parcel at time that suits you.

Pickup - The place where the parcels will wait for you.

Do you need to pick up your parcel and don’t want to be dependent on courier’s arrival? Make use of Pickup and you can pick up your parcel when it is suitable for you.

- In an interactive SMS choose to take in the Pickup.
- When the parcel is delivered to Pickup you will receive an SMS with information when you can pick up the parcel.
- Deposition of the parcel in the Pickup within 7 calendar days.

Contactless delivery and

receiving parcels with a PIN code

PIN delivery

Due to additional measures to prevent the transmission of the new virus (COVID-19), DPD has introduced an innovative, completely contactless way of receiving shipments.

- With this service, the courier will deliver the parcel by entering a one-time PIN code.

- Each PIN code is created separately for each shipment and will be sent to the recipient by e-mail or Viber /SMS message on the day of parcel delivery.

- Receiving a parcel with a PIN code is contactless, easy and secure.

- Due to contactless operations, your written confirmation will not be requiredduring parcel delivery until further notice. In the event that you delete or lose the PIN code by mistake, due to extraordinary measures, the courier will note the fact that the parcel was successfully delivered to you.

- Contactless delivery and receiving parcels with a PIN code are in accordance with point 6.8. General Terms and Conditions for shipping DPD CLASSIC.
