We use the e-mail to send the recipient the parcelnumber, the access to the Track & Trace and the 1-hour time window in which the recipient will receive the parcel. Without an e-mail address, the recipient is not informed and he will not be able to stay at home and revceive his parcel.

With the Predict e-mail the recipient will also be able to change the delivery up to 30 minutes before delivery to another date, another address of give permission to deliver the parcel to a save place at your property.
