Roadmap for uploading data to create multiple parcel labels at once using the Online Shipping Portal.

  1. Create an account in the Online Shipping Portal or log in with your account.
  2. Go to Step 1 of the process (this can be done via the homepage, under the red Send button under ‘Send multiple parcels’ or directly via this link.
  3. Download the import template in the ‘Create multiple parcel labels at once’ block.
  4. The following tips will help you get started filling in the file:
    1. Use the full template, do not delete any columns or rows.
    2. Fill in all data correctly (all fields are mandatory, except where optional is indicated).
    3. Do not enter more than 30 lines, that is the maximum number of parcels you can generate in 1 order.
    4. Record house number and house number addition in separate columns.
    5. Do not use dashes or other punctuation in house number addition.
    6. Use the correct postcode format. 
    7. The country code is two letters, so for example Netherlands is NL, Belgium is BE, Germany is DE, France is FR, etc.
    8. Customs destinations are excluded from import functionality.
    9. For a letterbox parcel, note the weight 0 (zero).
    10. Record the weight in whole kilograms; for a letterbox parcel record 0.
    11. The column ‘Additional address info’ does not apply to the Netherlands. For international parcels, any Extra address information such as a floor or a door access code can be noted in this row.

5) Save the file in .xlsx format

6) In Step 1, select Browse and locate your file. By double-clicking on it, the name of the file will appear in the field.

7) Click on ‘Import file’.

8) You go directly to Step 3 to check your order.

9) Do you want to change a parcel? Then click on the pencil behind the parcel concerned.

10) Do you want to delete one or more parcels? You can do this one by one, using the bin.

11) To avoid being bothered by previously unfinished parcel labels, first empty your browser's cache or surf via an incognito window.
