Ljubljana, August 2022 | At DPD Slovenia, we believe that every sender is unique. To ensure the best user experience for each of them, we created the myDPD business portal. Shipper offers transparent and easy access to valuable information that goes beyond just parcel lifecycles.

At DPD Slovenia, we believe that every shipper is unique, so we take care of every customer and offer sustainable solutions that help strengthen our business strategy and the success of our shippers. We try to understand well the specific needs and expectations of the sender and adapt our solutions accordingly.

In order to provide the shipper with the best possible user experience, we have created the myDPD Business portal - it is a flexible portal that offers the shipper transparent and easy access to valuable information that goes beyond just parcel lifecycles.

myDPD Business offers transparent and easy access to all important parcel information. Through this premium portal, all current information about parcel is available in one place, as well as the possibility of managing delivery conditions in various reports. In addition to easy and fast creation of orders, users also have full control over them.

As many users have expressed the need to redirect a parcel, for example when it cannot be collected at their home address, we have enabled our customers to choose alternative parcel delivery options in myDPD Business themselves, for example to a work address, side site, one of the more than 650 Pickup points or to one of the 288 DPD Pickup station - parcel locekrs throughout Slovenia, or they can choose another address or delivery date of the parcel. In addition, end users who do not have complete data for a successful delivery can be proactively notified and alerted if necessary and missing data completed.   

With the myDPD Business Portal, all our customers can focus on their business and save time! With a complete overview of all relevant data, reports and statistics expressed through dynamic and interactive charts, we believe in offering a quick and easy solution to any parcel requirement.

We will constantly upgrade the portal with new functionalities, such as a module where customers will have access to their accounts, access to data discrepancy reports and a carbon calculator that will provide them with information and calculation of carbon emissions data.

We believe that the myDPD Business portal will speed up the process of delivery and success to the satisfaction of all participants in the delivery process, make it easier for our customers to see all the data and reduce the number of user inquiries we receive every day.
