DPD Slovenia presents a new, even better myDPD application!


Ljubljana, March 2022 | To facilitate delivery as much as possible, which we believe should be as simple and carefree as possible, we have developed a new, even better myDPD application, which we are proud to present to you! Managing packages will now be even easier.

At DPD Slovenia, we strive to be the best and most successful with each package delivery. Users of our services or recipients of packages have already had the opportunity to try and use the myDPD application and are thus aware of all the possibilities it offers.

In the new year, we decided that we want to be even better and make the delivery of packages even easier, as we are convinced that this should be easy and carefree!

We are proud to inform you that from now on a new, even better version of the myDPD application is available on Google Play and the App Store, which will make package management even easier.

As before, with our Live-Tracking feature, the package can be followed live. The recipient can see exactly where his package is at that moment. If he is not at home at the time of delivery, he has several options for alternative delivery and redirection of the package to another location (to another address, to one of 644 Pickup collection points, to one of 542 DPD Direct4.me parcel lockers), but can also change delivery date.

In addition, users of the app can choose the delivery location for all future packages in the delivery settings, such as a popular Pickup point or a safe delivery location. Thus, all packages that will be delivered in the future with the DPD delivery service will be delivered to the selected location. It will no longer be necessary to adjust the delivery each time.

The new, more modern design and user-friendly interface allow package recipients to make all changes with the help of our chatbot or virtual assistant Inja - from now on, all delivery agreements will be like sending messages with friends! Sounds simple? It is!

We always listen to our customers and every opinion is important to us, so the new application also allows us to receive feedback on the quality of our services, as our desire and goal is to raise them to an even better and even higher level.

With our new application, there are no more missed packages, as each user adjusts the delivery to their wishes and needs - they choose the place and time of delivery.
