Pickup is the international brand name of DPD's parcel location network. In DPD's 2,400 Pickup points in Austria you can drop off, collect, return or redirect parcels.

We are constantly expanding our Pickup network for you. Each of DPD's 2,400 Pickup points can be reached by anyone in Austria within 15 minutes. If you have a tip for us, you are welcome to send us suggestions for a Pickup parcel shop/parcel locker location using our online form.

Unfortunately you can’t ship certain goods via our Pickup parcel shops/parcel lockers. These include all shipping exclusions in our Pickup parcelshop terms and conditions, and parcels that are not packed in a rectangular/square shape. Among others: hazardous goods in limited quantity (LQ), cash on delivery parcels, tyres ...

Our Pickup parcelshops are integrated into shops and therefore comply with their opening hours. In our Pickup Finder you can find the DPD shop near you and find out when it is open.

Yes, you can pick up your parcel in the Pickup parcelshop without our parcel notification card. We only need proof of your identity, for example an official photo ID. This also applies to persons who pick up the parcel on your behalf.

We keep parcels which we have delivered to the Pickup parcelshop for 7 calendar days. Calendar days are all days from Monday up to and including Sunday.

As soon as we have delivered your parcel to the Pickup point you will receive notification by email and/or text message. If you have redirected your parcel or we did not locate you at home, we will indicate on the parcel notification card in the letter box when your parcel will be ready for collection.

Our parcel shop partners are happy to receive your parcel and hand it over to us for further transport. However, our shops can't give you any information about the whereabouts of your parcel. To track your parcel, please use our parcel tracking system.

The pickup parcel stations at the Storebox locations are intended exclusively for the collection and delivery of DPD parcels. It is forbidden to leave parcel boxes, packaging material or other rubbish behind. The locations are continuously video-monitored. Any violation will be reported.
