Please measure your parcel carefully, as DPD has different standard dimensions/sizes for home delivery and shop delivery, for example. (See here for all dimensions).

Make sure your parcel shipment meets our requirements:

• The parcel must feature a DPD parcel label.
• Attach the parcel label firmly on the parcel
• Always use sturdy packaging materials. 
• Make sure the barcode is visible
• Parcels must be sealed with tape 
• Do not use tape on the barcode
  
• Make sure the contents of your parcel cannot shift about.
