Create multiple parcel labels at once with the online shipping service

Step-by-step guideline to upload consignee data and create multiple parcel labels at once.


1) Create an account in the Online Shipping Service or log in with your account.

2) Go to Step 1 (via the homepage, under the red Send button 'Sending multiple parcels' or via this link

3) Download the import template

4) The following tips will help you on your way to completing the file:

a. Use the full template, do not delete any columns or rows

b. Fill in all data correctly (all fields are required, except where optional)

c. Do not enter more than 30 lines, that is the maximum number of parcels you can generate at once.

d. Write down house number and house number addition in separate columns.

e. Do not use punctuation marks when adding house number suffix.

f. Use the correct postcode format, see the FAQ about error messages on postcodes.

g. The country code is two letters, so for example Netherlands is NL, Belgium is BE, Germany is DE, France is FR.

h. Customs destinations are excluded from the import functionality.

i. Write down the weight in kilograms. For a parcelletter, note the weight 0 (zero)

k. The column 'Extra address info' does not apply to the Netherlands. For international parcels, any additional address details can be noted in this row, such as a floor or an access code for a door.

5) Save the file in .xlsx format

6) In Step 1 choose Browse and find your file. By double clicking on it, the name of the file will appear in the field.

7) Click on 'Import file'.

8) You go directly to Step 3 to check your order.

9) Do you want to change a parcel? Click on the pencil behind the relevant parcel.

10) Do you want to remove one or more parcels? This can be done one by one, via the trash can.

11) In order not to be bothered by previous unfinished parcel labels, first clear the cache of your browser or surf through an incognito window.
