Did you bought a parcel label via the Online Shipping Service of DPD, you will receive shipment instructions with the parcel label. This document may be signed for you by the Pickup parcel shop. This is your proof of shipment (this also includes the number of parcels and the parcel numbers of your shipment).

Note: ask the employee to sign the document. This is not automatically been done.

If you have your parcel picked up by the driver, you do not receive a proof of shipment. You are able to see that the parcel has been picked up in the Track&Trace of your parcel once it is scanned by the driver.
