Do I receive a proof of shipment if I buy a parcel label?

If you have purchased a parcel label via the DPD Online Shipping Portal and you have used the correct email address, you will receive the parcel label in your email.

Once you have dropped off your parcel at a parcel point and it has been scanned, you will receive a shipping receipt in your email.

(If you have your parcel collected from your home by a driver, you will not receive a shipping receipt. However, you can see the driver's scan confirming that the parcel has been collected in the Track & Trace section for your parcel.)
