How do I pay my parcel label if I use the Online Shipping Service of DPD?

By default, you pay for your parcel label using iDEAL or credit card. Payments made to DPD are processed through the payment provider Adyen. On your bank statement, you will see DPD (Nederland) B.V.

Business account holders (with both a company name and Chamber of Commerce number) can also choose to pay via Direct Debit starting from mid-April 2024. When you give us permission to collect invoices via Direct Debit every two weeks, we gather all the invoices from your orders and you receive a consolidated invoice twice a month. We collect the amount from the consolidated invoice from your account within 7 days.
