If you use the Online Shipping Service of DPD. What is the difference between sending as a private individual or as a business user?

Both private and business users can send and track parcels, with the business user having access to additional business options.

You have a business account within the Online Shipping Portal when you indicate that you are a business user and provide your company name and Chamber of Commerce number.

Business account holders have a different account, with an invoice overview and an additional choice for payment method. In addition to iDEAL and credit card, business account holders can also choose to pay via Direct Debit.

Furthermore, the company name is displayed in the email to the recipient, on the invoice, and on the parcellabel instead of your personal name."

DPD Contract

Business senders with a DPD contract have more options and services to send parcels. If you would like us to contact you about sending parcels via a DPD contract, please fill in the contact form on the contact page on dpd.nl. You have to ship at least 50 parcels a month to receive an offer.
