If you use the Online Shipping Service of DPD. What is the difference between sending as a private individual or as a business user?

Both individuals and businesses can send parcels with DPD.

A business user is a company if you tick the box indicating that you are a business user and have entered your company name and Chamber of Commerce number. If you do so, you will have additional options. These include:

  • an invoice overview
  • choice of payment method. In addition to iDEAL and credit card, business account holders can also choose to pay by direct debit.
  • your company name instead of your personal name on the email to the recipient, on the invoice and on the parcel label.

DPD Contract
