To verify your address, please follow these steps.

  1. Log in to your myDPD account.
  2. Click on “Profile” in the menu and - in your profile address - enter the five-digit PIN from the letter sent to you by post (please note that the PIN is case-sensitive).
  3. Next you confirm your PIN entry.
  4. Job done! Your identity and address have been confirmed.

Verification is only required for newly requested safe-place deposit okay authorisations or changes of address in myDPD. Existing safe-place deposit okays and the registration of a preferred parcel shop do not require verification. Please note that verification can only be carried out in your browser. It cannot be carried out in the DPD app.
