  2. You are a company prequalified by Zertifizierung Bau GmbH (PQ-KEP). Further information can be found here.

  3. You are in possession of several delivery vehicles of at least 3.5 tonnes or more that are registered in Germany.

  4. You see yourself as a responsible employer. Strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations is a matter of course for you.

  5. You enjoy managing and training your own employees.

  6. Your drivers enjoy direct customer contact and have the necessary communication skills.

  • Prequalification certificate; see: https://www.pq-kep.de
  • Certificate of Good Conduct (not older than 3 months)
  • Extract from the Central Traffic Register (not older than 3 months)
  • Current proof of insurance
    • Business and environmental liability insurance
    • Carriage Liability (Proof of coverage of EUR 520 per package and EUR 205,000 per vehicle)
  • For newly established businesses (business registration less than one year ago), a fee-based Schufa credit report for the owner/managing director/partner is required.
  • For the legal form “UG,” a Schufa company credit report from the applicant is mandatory.
