First and foremost, we want to get to know you - the person behind the resume - and at the same time give you the chance to get to know us as a company and as an employer. In this way, we can determine together if we are a good fit.
Our advice: Be yourself. Prepare yourself. Be curious and ask questions. Show us why you want to be a part of DPD.
It's simple: We are always setting ourselves new goals that we can grow by. We know our potential. The thirst for knowledge and the desire to develop further are in all of us!
That is why there are currently many innovation and change projects at DPD. We are all keen to get something off the ground as one big team, to go on a joint learning journey and to drive DPD forward. With several thousand employees at numerous locations across the country, our company may be the size of a corporation, but at the same time we have the culture of a medium-sized company. We are like a big family that rolls up our sleeves together and gets things done. And that includes giving each other open and honest feedback. We do this, among other things, in our regular employee surveys, which show us where we can improve even further.
Why not see for yourself? Take a look at our career site, read our reviews on kununu, watch our videos, and most important get to know us personally.
We need your CV and relevant certificates, in order to get a better impression of you and your previous experiences.
Whether you are a specialist or manager, a career changer or a graduate: the important thing is that you feel addressed by our job advertisement and that you can imagine working with us in that position. And even if you can't tick every single one of the requirements we've described: submit your application anyway - after all, you can learn (almost) anything!
