And another point: PLEASE DON'T BE LOUD!!! We understand you even without shouting.  We are open to any criticism and take every comment seriously, but we would like to ask you to always remain objective in your communication.

Even though we appreciate both fans and critics: we keep the option open to block users if they violate netiquette more than once. Everyone is responsible for the content they publish and should be aware of the consequences. As in real life, the following also applies on the net: "Always treat other people as you would like to be treated yourself!

PS. We use the familiar form of address on social media. If you object to this, please let us know.
