How can I rate the driver or give him a tip?
You can rate your delivery directly after receipt in the DPD App or in myDPD: Select the parcel, give 1-5 stars and optionally add a digital tip.
If your delivery driver has activated the digital tipping function, you can send him or her an individual amount to his or her PayPal account. You will find the digital tipping function below the rating option.
